چکیده

We investigate the coexistence of underlay spectrum sharing in cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. A primary system with geographically distributed access points (P-APs) serves a multitude users (PUs), while secondary large number (SUs) same primary/licensed by exploiting sharing. To mitigate co-channel interference inflected at PUs, stringent transmit power constraints are defined for (S-APs). generalized pilots scheme is used to locally estimate uplink channels P-APs/S-APs, and thereby, conjugate precoders adopted serve PUs/SUs time-frequency resource element. Moreover, effect user-centric AP clustering investigated assigning suitable set APs particular user. The impact estimated downlink (DL) via DL beamformed P-APs/S-APs investigated. achievable primary/secondary rates derived statistical CSI cases. User-fairness achieved designing efficient control policies based on multi-objective optimization problem formulation joint max-min criteria. proposed orthogonal multiple-access analytical framework also extended facilitate non-orthogonal multiple-access. Our analysis numerical results manifest that performance can be boosted virtue average reduction powers/path-losses, uniform coverage/service, macro-diversity gains, which inherent transmissions/receptions MIMO.

Optimal Precoder Design for Non-Regenerative MIMO Cognitive Two-Way Relay Systems with Underlay Spectrum Sharing

We study the optimal precoder design for a MIMO cognitive two-way relay system with underlay spectrum sharing. The system consists of two secondary users (SUs) and one relay station (RS). We jointly optimize the precoders for SUs and RS with perfect and imperfect channel state information (CSI) between SUs/RS and the primary user, where our design approach is based on the alternate optimization...

Spectrum and Energy Efficiency of Uplink Massive MIMO System with D2D Underlay

In this paper, both the spectrum efficiency (SE) and the energy efficiency (EE) are investigated for an uplink massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system coexisting with an underlay device-to-device (D2D) system. The outage probability and the achievable rates of the cellular user equipments (CUEs) and the D2D link are derived in closed-form, respectively. Constrained by the SE of the...

Sectoring in Multi-cell Massive MIMO Systems

In this paper, the downlink of a typical massive MIMO system is studied when each base station is composed of three antenna arrays with directional antenna elements serving 120◦ of the two-dimensional space. A lower bound for the achievable rate is provided. Furthermore, a power optimization problem is formulated and as a result, centralized and decentralized power allocation schemes are propos...
